Aisance avec l'économie unitaire : marge, eCPM, taux de prélèvement (take rate), incrémentalité
English job description:
The Staff Product Manager within Mistplay's Ad Tech department will own the platform layer underneath our advertising business. You will lead the consolidation of our advertiser platforms into a single demand platform, and own the shared infrastructure and network products that consolidation makes possible. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, commercial and operations to identify, sequence and deliver that work. You will report to the VP, Advertiser Product. Your role will be accountable for delivering the consolidated platform, retiring the systems it replaces, and building the Mistplay Audience Network on top of it.
What you'll do at Mistplay
Own the consolidation of our advertiser platforms into one, including the migration path and the deprecation of the legacy systems
Build the shared infrastructure that spans them: budget sharing, cross-platform pacing, data contracts and reporting foundations
Own the Mistplay Audience Network product, covering supply integration, publisher onboarding, and cross-network bidding requirements
Act as the product counterpart to our Platform and B2B engineering teams, resolving dependencies between them to deliver a cohesive roadmap
Partner with Data Science and Analytics to ground platform and network decisions in data
Maintain strong relationships with the commercial and operational stakeholders who run on the platform you build
Be accountable for the key performance metrics that measure the performance, scalability and margin impact of the platform
Balance near-term delivery against long-term platform architecture in a business that is changing quickly
What you'll bring to Mistplay
8-10+ years in Product Management with increasing levels of responsibility.
Depth of knowledge and expertise in ad tech infrastructure: DSP, SSP, bidding systems, budget and pacing systems, or programmatic infrastructure
Direct experience shipping a platform consolidation or migration, merging multiple live systems into one and retiring what they replace
Experience building and delivering effective performance advertising products, ideally in a campaign management or platform tooling domain
Technical acumen and a pragmatic approach to problem solving. You write requirements engineers act on without rework.
Fluency in unit economics: margin, eCPM, take rate, incrementality
Deep understanding of the mobile ad tech ecosystem
The ability to hold a position with senior engineering leaders and land decisions across organizational boundaries
Supply-side or network experience is an asset: publisher integrations, SDK or mediation, ad network buildout
