The Position:
Looking for a motivated and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of digital transformation and customer engagement projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who has experience supporting technology projects and is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within a consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital and technology projects
- Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, action items, and follow-ups
- Assist with requirements gathering and documentation
- Support project scoping and solution design activities
- Maintain project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and status reports
- Prepare project documentation, specifications, and client deliverables
- Coordinate testing activities, test scenarios, and defect tracking
- Track project tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Support deployment planning and go-live readiness activities
- Assist with change management and user adoption initiatives
- Work closely with architects, consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Utilize collaboration and project management tools including Microsoft 365, Teams, Jira, and related platforms
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration, Business Analysis, Customer Success, Digital Marketing Technology, CRM, or a related field
- Experience supporting IT, CRM, Digital Marketing, SaaS, Martech, or customer experience projects is prefeered
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with both business and technical teams
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Jira, and project tracking tools
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment
Nice to Have
- Exposure to CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Analytics, or Digital Experience platforms
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment
- Knowledge of Agile or traditional project delivery methodologies
Language Requirements
- Bilingual, professional French ( A MUST), and English communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating with French-speaking team members and clients
- Quebec French is not mandatory; strong business-level French is acceptable

- Take ownership of project coordination activities
- Improve project organization and communication
- Successfully offload administrative and coordination tasks from senior technical resources
