Position Summary...
The Manager, Data Analytics – Reverse Supply Chain Operations is responsible for managing and optimizing data workflows, analytics, and reporting for Sam’s Club returns. This role ensures accurate data migration, dashboard integrity, and operational insights to support reverse logistics strategies. It requires strong technical expertise in data platforms, collaboration across engineering and business teams, and proactive problem-solving during system transitions.What you'll do...
- Data Workflow Management: Maintain and troubleshoot Databricks workflows, schedule jobs, and ensure smooth execution of reporting pipelines.
- Migration & Transition Support: Lead migration efforts from Azure to GCP and T360 tables, validate schema changes, and update dashboards accordingly.
- Analytics & Reporting: Develop queries, validate data accuracy, and provide insights on return volumes, cost per order, and operational KPIs.
- Lead Sam’s Dotcom Returns: Oversee and optimize the returns process for Sam’s Dotcom, ensuring efficient handling, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement of return-related operations and metrics.
- Access & Security Management: Grant and manage access to notebooks and secure tables, ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, migration teams, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and align on reporting needs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP); experience with data migration and workflow automation.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex datasets, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and deliver actionable insights.
- Project Management: Experience managing transitions, validating dashboards, and coordinating across multiple teams.
- Communication: Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure data integrity and compliance with security protocols.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
